LATC Strikes ‘Oil’: The off-Broadway musical “Oil City Symphony” is coming to Los Angeles Theatre Center for an Oct. 29-Dec. 1 engagement. Two of the show’s creators and original cast members--Mike Craver and Mark Hardwick--are expected to appear. The show depicts a middle-aged vocal-instrumental quartet returning to their high school gym for a reunion concert.
