Toy Giants Square Off: Child World, the nation’s second-largest toy store chain, complained that Toys R Us employees have been buying Child World goods to get dollars-off coupons and then reselling the products as their own. The company asked Toys R Us Chairman Charles Lazarus to get his employees to stop the practice and said it is considering legal action. A Toys R Us spokeswoman called the accusation a “publicity stunt.” She said, “They have done it to us, and other retailers have also done it. If they do it, I’m sure we do it too.”
