Investigation of Sheriff’s Dept.
I am sick and tired of the continual bashing of the Sheriff’s Department by the local media and grandstanding politicians. There are bound to be some bad deputies but don’t condemn all deputies for the illicit actions of a small minority.
Every time a deputy shoots someone (in the line of duty), the media and local politicos start crying prejudice and/or excessive use of force. This is unfair, not only to the deputies but to the population in general.
