GREENER PASTURES: As the state battle over reapportionment nears a climax, with three legislative plans on Gov. Wilson’s desk (A3), Orange County politicians are trying to sort out the winners and losers. . . . One possible loser: Sen. Cecil N. Green says: “I’ve got several options, and that’s one of them.”
