RIGHT WING HIP: Garden Grove Republican Rep. Robert K. Dornan, whose conservative tirades have made him a talk-show favorite, was thumped this week by Roll Call, a Capitol Hill newspaper. . . . The paper ranked him the third-worst Republican on TV, calling him “past the point of parody.” But Dornan also made its A-list, as one of the hippest congressmen. He “was conservative before (it) was cool,” Roll Call opined.
