The Squeeze on the Middle Class

If there is a noose around the neck of California’s middle class, as you very correctly stated, then the rope is being pulled taut by all those “dignified” illegals such as the man featured in the same day’s View section.

Almost every problem alluded to in your editorial is either caused or exacerbated by illegal immigration. The Times’ inability or unwillingness to confront this very simple fact renders your editorial stance laughable.
