Natalie Cornell Rehnquist, 62, wife of U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist and a major volunteer for charitable causes. Born in San Diego, she graduated from Stanford University where she met her future husband. At the time they were engaged, she worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and he was a Supreme Court law clerk. They were married Aug. 29, 1953.
