Couple Held in Deaths of 8 Mexican Teen-Agers

MEXICO CITY —
A couple held for the murders of eight teen-age girls in northern Mexico chatted happily about the crime to police as if it had all been a game, authorities said Saturday.
Rodolfo Infante, 30, a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Mexico, and his 20-year-old girlfriend, Ana Maria Ruiz, picked up the girls in the border town of Matamoros, robbed and strangled them.
