Fortensky showed up in South Municipal Court on Oct. 10, four days after the wedding, on an outstanding drunk-driving warrant. When the judge cautioned Fortensky that he could lose his license, the new groom nodded toward his limo driver and said: “That would not be a problem now.” Fortensky was fined $200, plus $250 court costs, and ordered to enroll in a first-offender program. He got to keep his license.
