JERUSALEM —
The son of slain militant Rabbi Meir Kahane threatened Thursday to “blow up” the upcoming Middle East peace conference because he believes it will harm Israel.
Binyamin Kahane, 25, refused to say whether he was threatening to use a bomb at the meeting Wednesday in Madrid.
“We will use methods my father taught us,” he told a news conference. “I will be leaving on Tuesday, along with a delegation of Kahane Chai (Kahane Lives) members to Madrid. Our purpose of going is to blow up this conference.”
