Let them eat cake. A recent flyer for Blair House, one of those fancy high-rises in Westwood’s Wilshire Corridor, where condos start at $580,000, invited prospective buyers to a Sunday open house. Instead of describing any of the condos, however, the flyer listed the 30 different doughnuts and muffins that would be served. And they wonder why the market is soft.
