AT&T; OnStage: Two California theaters are on the list of five American repertory theaters announced Tuesday by AT&T; to receive support for the staging of new works under its OnStage theater program. El Teatro Campesino in San Juan Bautista will stage “Bandido!” by Luis Valdez (“La Bamba”) in December, 1992, and the Berkeley Repertory Theater will present “Dream of a Common Language” by Heather McDonald in March. The latter also will be given in May at the Women’s Project and Productions in New York.
