Delta Interview Questions Called Illegal: Delta Airlines has been asking former Pan Am employees illegal questions about their sex orientation, living arrangements and prescription drugs they take, the union representing flight attendants said. A New York Newsday report quoted union President Brian Moreau as saying 200 to 300 members had complained. The questioning took place after Delta in August purchased the Pan Am shuttle and its European routes. Delta spokesman Neil Monroe said the airline conducted background checks only to ensure that candidates meet Federal Aviation Administration requirements.
