Magic Johnson Confronts AIDS
Will the impact of Earvin Johnson’s admission that he too is infected by the HIV virus be felt in the appropriations committee of Congress? It is imperative that more funding find its way to the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and the National Science Foundation so that research can progress in finding ways of preventing, treating and curing this deadly AIDS disease.
