BIGGER WAR: Nearly 7,000 Marines from Orange County served in the Persian Gulf campaign. To honor them, Granada Way, on military property off Irvine Center Drive near the Tustin Marine Corps Air Station, was changed recently to Desert Storm Way. That ought to make Gen. H. Norman Schwarzkopf, above, feel welcome. The war hero will make his first appearance in Orange County on Feb. 13, 1992, when he speaks at Chapman University under the sponsorship of the Young America’s Foundation.
