Beckman Gets Western European Export Certificate: Beckman Instruments Inc. said it has received a certificate from the Irish government that permits the Fullerton manufacturer of laboratory instruments to continue exporting its products in the European Economic Community after December, 1992, when 12 western European nations become a single market. A consolidated European market will require all trading companies based outside the community to obtain an international quality registration by the end of next year to sell products in a unified Europe. Beckman is so far the only U.S. laboratory equipment manufacturer to receive such a certification, said company spokeswoman, Elke Eastman.
