Quality Systems Inc.: The Tustin computer company said it lost $496,900, or 12 cents per share, for the second fiscal quarter, contrasted with a net loss of $37,900, or 1 cent per share, for the corresponding period in 1990. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 declined 30%, to $2.3 million from $3.3 million. A net loss of $383,600, or 9 cents per share, was recorded for the first six months, contrasted with net earnings of $95,000, or 2 cents per share, for the first half of last year. Revenue dropped 21%, to $5.5 million from $7 million.
