Toll Road to Stretch From Mexicali to Tecate
The Mexican government plans to build a four-lane toll road from Mexicali to Tecate, just south of the California border, the government daily El Nacional reported Tuesday.
The 87-mile road is being financed in part by private investment, which will be paid back by tolls.
