OXNARD : Hearing Scheduled on Shopping Center
Oxnard’s Planning Commission will hold a public hearing tonight to discuss approval of a proposed community shopping center on the corner of Victoria Avenue and 5th Street, southwest of Oxnard Airport.
The project plans, filed by Raznick & Sons Inc. of Woodland Hills, call for a 20-acre shopping center with four major tenants, including a grocery store and a drugstore.
The shopping center would also include about half a dozen smaller retail outlets, said City Planner Matthew Winegar.
The hearing begins at 7:30 p.m. at Oxnard City Hall.
