A Very Important Date: Alice, the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat and the rest of the gang will soon be hip-hopping their way around Wonderland. New Line Cinema and Permut Presentations have announced the production of “Yo, Alice!” a hip-hop musical based on Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland.” The film begins production next year for a 1993 release.
