SANTA ANA : College Board Post to Be Filled Jan. 27
Residents of Rancho Santiago Community College District Trustee Area 3 who wish to be considered for appointment to the school’s Board of Trustees may pick up applications next Monday.
Board member John Dowden has announced his retirement from the post, and residents seeking to fill the vacant seat can find applications at the college campus, at 17th and Bristol streets.
Trustee Area 3 includes the cities of Orange, Villa Park and Anaheim Hills. The term lasts until the general election next November. Interviews will be conducted Jan. 13 to 24, and the newly appointed trustee will be sworn in during a regular board meeting on Jan. 27.
