HUNTINGTON BEACH : Applicants Sought for College Tet Fete

Golden West College is accepting applications for businesses and civic groups wishing to participate in the campus’s Tet Festival next year.
The college’s 10th annual celebration of the Vietnamese New Year is scheduled Feb. 1 and 2. The theme, commemorating the Year of the Monkey, is “Heritage of a New Generation.”
The event attracts thousands of visitors each year from throughout Southern California to enjoy music, food, crafts and other activities and artifacts of the Vietnamese culture. It is being organized by the Union of Vietnamese Student Assns. of Southern California.
