Allstate Replaces Roderick White: Allstate Insurance Co. announced that it has replaced Roderick White, its Los Angeles regional manager, with Doug Wendt. Allstate has notified the California Department of Insurance that it is conducting a fraud investigation of an unspecified nature involving White and his deputy, Los Angeles sales manager Jim Gilmartin. White declined comment, and Gilmartin did not return telephone calls. White held a managerial position with the company at its Illinois headquarters before being assigned to Los Angeles last summer.
