South Pasadena : General Plan Contract OKd
The City Council last week approved a nearly $200,000 contract with a Newport Beach consulting firm to oversee a revision of South Pasadena’s General Plan.
The plan is a wide-ranging document detailing the city’s land use and development objectives.
According to the contract, The Planning Center and two subcontractors, Stanley R. Hoffman Associates and Kimley-Horn Associates, will complete the revision in about a year for a fee of not more than $199,850.
