Mall Lures: With the holiday shopping season in full swing, other area malls are trying every marketing ploy they can dream up to bring in shoppers.
Brea Mall is billing itself as the ultimate one-stop shopping venue. Customers can choose a gift, take it to a gift-wrap store and mail it from a Postal Service branch right in the mall.
MainPlace/Santa Ana is hoping to lure shoppers with a contest. A new Saturn automobile, loaded with gifts donated by mall merchants, is being given away in a drawing.
