Remember Our MIAs

My heart goes out to the recently returned Middle East hostages and their families. What a wonderful time to have your loved ones home with you.

My heart also goes out to the thousands of families across our country who are still awaiting word on their loved ones. I’m speaking of those who are still missing in action from the Vietnam War. We cannot forget those men and their families.

You can remember them by writing to your congressman, senator and President, letting them know we have not forgotten our MIAs and we want them home for their next Christmas too.

To the families of our local men who are MIAs, we have not forgotten your husbands, sons or brothers. I know my MIA, Eric Huberth from Thousand Oaks, is alive and waiting to come home. Let’s get him here soon.
