Grabbing my eye, as if it was a major piece of investigative journalism, (the headline) turned out to (concern) a letter to the editor.

Mr. Desens has some valid concerns about the administration of the city, but does one letter, the only one published in the whole San Gabriel Valley section, really rate the large headline and photo?

Your priorities are skewed to say the least. The lack of coverage of our Valley, by the L.A. Times, is obviated by the excellent coverage of our communities by other newspapers.
