Prognosis for Society’s Ills

Your Nov. 27 article on the trial of the killer of Police Officer James Pagliotti sure made my blood boil.

Our society is going down the toilet. No one can do a thing to prevent it.

Why? Because well-educated, well-meaning criminal defense attorney Marvin L. Part would have us believe that the slaying was “morally wrong, but legally right.”

Heaven help us.
