China Warns Against U.S. Radio Broadcasts

BEIJING —
The Chinese government warned Thursday that proposed U.S. radio broadcasts to China would harm Sino-U.S. relations and asked Washington to make a “wise decision.”
“The Chinese side is concerned about this and hopes that the U.S. government will make a wise decision so as to prevent serious consequences to Sino-U.S. relations,” a Foreign Ministry spokesman said by telephone.
