Glen Ivy Sued: A dissatisfied customer filed a lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court accusing Glen Ivy Financial Group, the nation’s largest time-share company, of overselling and overpricing its resorts. Daniel Puma, a San Francisco Bay Area resident, said he purchased a Glen Ivy time-share in 1987, then had trouble getting reservations at some of the Corona company’s 24 resorts because Glen Ivy had sold more time shares than it had available.
