Ex-Employees Sue Rockwell: Former employees sued Rockwell International in Colorado for up to $50 million in back pay and benefits because it failed to give them 60 days’ notice in 1989 when it stopped operating the government’s weapons facility in Rocky Flats, Colo. The suit says Rockwell, now based in Seal Beach, gave employees just 30 days’ notice.
