SMALL FACES: The coolest rock contest prize of the year may be the one offered by the British rock paper NME: a life-size replica of the miniature Stonehenge used by Spinal Tap--autographed by Tap members David St. Hubbins, Nigel Tufnel and Derek Smalls. The winner was to be selected from entrants who remembered from the film “This Is Spinal Tap” the answer to the question: “How much perspective did visiting Elvis Presley’s grave give Spinal Tap?”

If you’ve still got a mop-top, take a minute to shake it Thursday: That’s the 35th anniversary of the founding of the Cavern Club, the Liverpool establishment where Brian Epstein discovered the Beatles.

The soundtrack to the movie based upon the “Saturday Night Live” sketch “Wayne’s World” features tracks from monster crankers Black Sabbath and Cinderella, among others. The album is due in stores Feb. 18.
