Why <i> PC</i> Spells Political Controversy : IT’S CENSORSHIP
Great article on political correctness. It’s about time someone shone some light on this arcane cellar of thought.
I come down on the side of those who believe PC is tantamount to censorship. And I wonder: Just who determines what is or is not the PC attitude on a given subject? Even among gays or American Indians, those who would dictate PC-ness are themselves a minority of their group.
Just one last question: Whatever happened to the freedoms of speech and self-expression?
