The Arkansas governor was here last month at the invitation of top Republicans unhappy with the President’s economic policies. That was a get-together to send Bush a message. This is a fund-raiser at $250 to $1,000 a plate. . . . Though a Democratic affair, Republican Roger Johnson, who co-hosted last month’s event, is invited.
