Micom Appoints Rouse Worldwide Sales V.P.

John Rouse has been appointed vice president of worldwide sales at Micom Communications Corp., a Simi Valley company that makes devices that allow computers to share information. Rouse was formerly senior vice president of sales and marketing at Penril Datacomm Networks in Gaithersburg, Md.
