Ronald Lightstone has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of Spelling Entertainment, the Los Angeles-based production company controlled by Cincinnati investor Carl Lindner. He will report to S. Craig Lindner, chief executive of Spelling Entertainment. Lightstone succeeds Jules Haimovitz, who recently announced his resignation.
