Subaru Recalls Vehicles for Steering Problem: Subaru of America announced a recall of 13,000 vehicles because of the possibility that their electronically controlled motor power steering systems will malfunction. The malfunction makes it difficult for drivers to steer the XT6 models, the company said. The vehicles were produced between June, 1987, and September, 1990, Subaru said.
