Mexico Storm Kills 17

MEXICO CITY —
Snow and freezing temperatures in northern and central Mexico over the weekend killed 17 people, government officials said Sunday. Five people died in the northern state of Chihuahua and 12 others perished in the northeastern state of Nuevo Leon.
