Clot Cited in Collapse of Montana Governor

HELENA, Mont. —
Gov. Stan Stephens’ collapse and brief loss of speech likely was caused by a blood clot particle in his brain, his doctor said Monday. Stephens, 62, fell ill Saturday at home and was taken to a hospital by ambulance.
