Truth or Consequences: Pop star Madonna was sued for invasion of privacy Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court by three dancers featured in her bawdy tell-all tour documentary film, “Truth or Dare.” In the lawsuit, dancers Oliver Crumes, Kevin Stea and Gabriel Trupin allege that Madonna presented “intimate” footage of them without consent and that she has since refused to compensate them for the inclusion of non-performance material in the film. The dancers claim they consented to the filming of the non-performance material--which included revelations about their homosexuality--only after being told that the footage would be used for Madonna’s private home-movie collection. Madonna declined to comment on the case.
