Kevin Maxwell Ordered to Cooperate: Maxwell must answer questions about the millions missing from pension funds controlled by his late father, publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell, a court of appeal ruled in London. Stressing the need for investigators to trace the money as soon as possible, the court also said Maxwell should not appeal the matter further. But the same court said Maxwell did not have to answer questions from investigators trying to trace $180 million missing from Mirror Group Newspapers, one of many companies that had been owned by his father. Maxwell has refused to answer questions about more than $721 million transferred from the pension funds of companies run by his father, who died mysteriously at sea on Nov. 5.
