San Diego law enforcement officials have arrested two fugitives wanted in connection with two rapes in Washington state, where one man allegedly raped a 10-year-old girl and the other reportedly raped a 24-year-old disabled man, officials said.

Sergio Ibarra, 30, is being held without bail with extradition pending in connection with the rape of the girl in Snohomish County, police said. San Diego police, working in conjunction with law enforcement officials there, arrested Ibarra at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in San Diego.

In addition, FBI officials in San Diego arrested Charles David Carroll, 40, on Friday on a federal warrant issued in Seattle, FBI and King County officials said. Carroll was charged in December with raping a paralyzed and developmentally disabled Seattle man and committing indecent liberties on him over a five-month period in 1991.
