Honors, Honors: Paul Witt, Tony Thomas and Susan Harris--the producing team behind TV’s “The Golden Girls,” “Empty Nest,” “Nurses,” “Herman’s Head” and “Blossom”--will get the Television Showmanship Award from the Publicists Guild of America on March 27. . . . And the USA Film Festival has picked Tony Curtis for its 1992 Master Screen Artist Award, which he’ll pick up April 4 in Dallas.
