READING, England —
A man accused of shooting dead a businessman during a robbery allegedly left behind evidence that pointed police right to him--his finger.
Clive McGee blasted away his left index finger when he shot his victim through the head, a court was told Monday.
Police, who found the finger lying next to the corpse, later arrested McGee when he went to a hospital to have his injured hand treated. His trial is continuing.
