The NFL isn’t interested in copying the World League’s helmet cameras, but the two leagues are cooperating on developing helmet radios for players, NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue said. Tagliabue said in Sacramento, one of the 10 cities in the NFL-supported World League of American Football, that good World League attendance could help win one of the NFL’s planned 1994 expansion teams. But he said he is not encouraging cities to build stadiums on the hopes of winning an NFL franchise.
