Two New Leases: Two big office leases were announced this week. Cost Care Corp., a health care management firm based in Huntington Beach, will move its corporate headquarters into a 40,000-square-foot space at Newport Center in Newport Beach. The six-year lease is valued at more than $5 million. The company will relocate 100 of its 320 Orange County employees to its new office. CB Commercial represented Cost Care; PM Realty Group represented the landlord, the Irvine Co.
Costa Mesa-based QSC Audio Products Inc. signed a $4.2-million lease for a 50,842-square-foot building at 1675 MacArthur Blvd. QSC designs and manufactures audio-amplification products. Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant; Coldwell Banker represented the landlord, General American Life Insurance of Anaheim.
