Practice at Daytona International Speedway was cut short because of rain, keeping cars entered in Saturday’s Busch Clash off the track and postponing the opening round of qualifying for Saturday’s Daytona ARCA 200. Davey Allison, one of the favorites to win the Daytona 500 on Feb. 16, had a slow start by drawing the 15th and final starting position for the Busch Clash.
