GRIM DAYS AT GRANT HIGH
The teachers indicate that they do not have supplies of pencils and paper. Since when was the taxpayer supposed to supply such things? These types of supplies are the responsibility of the students and their parents. Some of these students are obviously not so poverty-stricken that they cannot buy cans of spray paint and mark up the walls with graffiti.
