LOVE NOTES: Orange County’s own Bobby Hatfield performed one of the most romantic songs ever to grace the Top 40--”Unchained Melody,” a heartbreaking plea for a lover’s return. Hatfield says he’s a romantic in life as well. “My daughter was born 10 years ago on Valentine’s Day,” he says. “So we named her Vallyn.” But sentimentality has its limits: “If the baby had been a boy, we wouldn’t have named him Rudolph--as in Valentino.”
