Foothill Group Reports Profit of $6.3 Million

The Foothill Group Inc., a financial services concern with headquarters in Agoura Hills and West Los Angeles, said its net income was $6.3 million in the year ended Dec. 31, contrasted with a $1.7-million loss in 1990.
Revenues dropped 6% to $89.7 million last year from $95.15 million a year earlier, the company said.
Separately, Foothill said it has issued $15 million in senior notes to institutional lenders. The company said it plans to attempt additional private placements this year.
